We are a small but dedicated team based in Peterborough, we all have a great love for anything IT and are always looking to improve our knowledge and skills, you will always find us playing and tinkering with our home labs so we can deliver the best possible service to our customers (and of course to have a little bit of fun as well).

We offer a 9-5 Monday to Friday support model with custom SLAs which offers a custom experience for you to raise issues or problems. You will get access to your own ticket portal which will allow you to raise tickets directly on our system and also allows you to track the progress of any ticket. Of course we are always on the other end of the phone as well.
Every member of our team is dedicated to providing the best level of support and professionalism they can, each with their own area of expertise and extensive knowledge in the IT sector, we bring a combined knowledge base of 80+ years which continues to grow.
Cloud solutions are continuing to grow and as they do more and more business are starting to move their IT infrastructure in to the cloud, using services such as Amazons AWS, Microsoft Azure & O365 and Google Cloud to name a few.
